More About Me
As a Seattle local, Phillip Stamolis is a third-generation real estate professional with a sharp eye for both the numbers and the neighborhoods. His background spans residential development, commercial finance, and high-level logistics—giving him a dual perspective on how properties are built, valued, and positioned for long-term success.
Before earning his broker license, Phillip worked with a Seattle-based real estate developer, building and managing a portfolio of single-family homes through all permitting and construction phases. He later joined a commercial mortgage brokerage, where he produced financial packages for lenders and investors.
Phillip also served in a strategic operations role with the White House, where he was responsible for planning and executing high-security events for the President across the world.
He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in Humanities and Business Finance from Seattle University. For Phillip, real estate is not just about buying or selling—it is about empowering clients with the knowledge and context they need to make confident decisions.
